-I will not tolerate any talks of politics while you're getting tattooed. It is a very divisive subject especially now. You don’t know my stance, and I honestly don’t care about yours. I will not allow any of my clients to make anyone else in the shop uncomfortable because you want to preach your views. You will get one warning, and everytime after you will be charged an additional $20.

-Custom tattoos require a non refundable deposit, with this I will revise the design up to 3 times to fit your needs, but to cover my time, I will charge an additional $20 per revision. This $20 is only a drawing fee, and will not come off the price of the tattoo

-female clients, if we are tattooing you in an area where you feel to exposed, please let me know, I can put up privacy screens, give your disposal dressings, whatever you need to feel comfortable during the tattoo.

-I have to see the the tattoo for a few short hours, you will be looking at it for the rest of your life, if you don’t like where I have placed the stencil, don’t be afraid to tell me so, I can move it as much as you’d like.

-please show up on time to your appointment. Being late by 15 minutes will result in loss of appointment and forfeiture of deposit. If your running late you can call the shop or message me.

-if you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours ahead of time, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.

-the state of Oregon requires all clients to be atleast 18 years or older, you will be required to provide a government issued identification.

-please look at my portfolio before you book, if I don’t have a picture of the style of tattoo you’re looking for, it may mean I don’t do that style. Please note my color tattoos are limited to American traditional, I don’t do color realism in any sort of fashion.

-I don’t always respond to emails or DMs right away. I work Wednesday-Saturday. These are mainly the days I will respond. My days off are my days with my family, you are asked to respect that.

-most days I can give give appointments before or after the shop is over, but these will only be offered on my working days.

-I do not tattoo at my home, and I will not tattoo at yours. Don’t ask.

-walk ins are offered, but they are first come first served. Calling ahead with out deposit doesn’t mean you have an appointment. If there is no money down, I will be tattooing who ever walks in the door first.

-I accept cash and card payments. That’s it, not Venmo, cash app, PayPal etc.

-shop minimum and hourly rate is set by the shop not myself. Tattoos will not cost less then the shop minimum. Not all tattoos will be off the hourly rate, ask and I will let you know how it will be priced.

-a tattoo shop is no place for children, please keep them at home.

-if I say a tattoo won’t look good, I’m giving you my opinion on how it will heal based off my years of tattooing. If your adamant about it, you will be not offered a free touch up. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

-please come to your appointment sober. If your drunk you will bleed more and make the tattoo not come out as well. Being stoned does not help it hurt less.
